Description

The successful Sales Analyst - Hybrid Working will be responsible for the following:

Business Analysis for your region (50%)

• Analyse sales field team activity and results.
• Identify improvement opportunities and potential support to be delivered.
• Generate reports and value-adding insights on salesmen performance to support management decisions.

• Key point of contact in responding to commission-related queries after month results.

Main tools Product Owner and new releases Project Manager (40%)

• Implement, track the usage and help define future developments of the main applications and products used by the salesforce.
• Lead the release and implementation processes for new products or tools, ensuring that deadlines are met and all stakeholders are involved and properly trained.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. (10%)

Profile

The successful Sales Analyst - Hybrid Working will be possess the following:

• Strong data manipulation and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid organisational skills
• Experience in Project Management and PowerBI is valued but NOT essential
• Accuracy and attention to detail and ability to question data
• Organised, flexible and customer-oriented person who can work towards deadlines in an often highly pressured environment
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with multitude of people within the business
