Description

This is an incredibly diverse & fulfilling Senior Finance Manager role. Some of the key responsibilities will be as follows:

Act as a key contributor to the Shared Service Centre Leadership Team to collectively drive the team's goals

Support key change initiatives and drive through beholding a continuous improvement mindset

Maintain financial systems to ensure completeness of statutory and group reporting for the EMEA region

Ensuring compliance with accounting principles/standards, relevant regulations & reporting requirements

Drive compliance within a robust control framework and take responsibility for internal/external audit deliverables for R2R

Provide excellent service delivery and technical expertise to key stakeholders

Provide strong leadership and development for a fantastic team of part & fully qualified accountants

Profile

The successful candidate for this Senior Finance Manager vacancy with an impressive shared service centre in Manchester will be:

- A proven team leader; able to coach, mentor & inspire change

- A qualified accountant with exposure to working in a shared service centre / record to report finance function

- An approachable & driven individual with brilliant communication & stakeholder management skills

- Ideally have some knowlegde of SAP / Hyperion

- A qualified accountant is essential, & any lean six sigma skills would be beneficial too
