Your field of responsibility
We serve as the Finance organization for Asset Management. The team is the trusted finance partner for the leadership team and its business managers. We have responsibility for all financial matters affecting the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the financial accounting cycle in partnership with various functional areas including front office, operations, product control and financial accounting.
- Report and analyze financial results identifying key drivers and providing commentary to business management.
- Provide and update multi-year forecast and budget models.
- Quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
- Collaborate with front office and COO to develop accurate forecasts and strategic plan.

Your skills and experience
We are seeking an extremely proactive candidate who takes initiative, is eager to learn, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly synergetic environment. Desired qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
- 1 - 3 years of finance, accounting, and analyst experience.
- Must have proven written and verbal communications skills, including presentation skills.
- Must have proven knowledge of excel.
- Public and Private Accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
