A technical Consultant will support our external Clients in process/task mining implementations. She or he will be a bridge between business and technology teams in implementing data mining, Business Intelligence solutions. Collecting requirements and advising our clients during projects as well as coaching/leading teams in day to day work in data analysis/reporting area (SQL, PowerBi, Excel)

Your key responsibilities:

• Supporting external clients in the implementation of Process Mining/Task mining platform (IPD – Intelligent Process Discovery)
• Leading the analysis of data in Process Mining/Task mining implementations
• Assistance in the development of Business Intelligence solutions and enhancements in our Process Mining platform
• Identification of improvements in our reporting, delivery, and platform capabilities
• Support in planning and execution of digital tools and solutions testing
• Assistance in the creation of solution documentation and training
• Anticipating risks impacting the delivery of the solution
• Supporting solution deployment by providing deployment and change management support and Post-implementation solution support aimed at client coaching and usability efforts

Technical skills:

• Experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools (SQL, PowerBi)
• Understanding of software architecture and cloud architecture
• Knowledge of database systems and database management
• Experience in ETL process design and development
• Ability to develop scripts/algorithms in at least one scripting language – PowerShell, VBS, Python etc.

Business skills:

• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Experience in preparation and presentation of technical solutions, architectural design, and reports
• Experience in mapping processes, collecting technology, business, and organizational requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• English Fluency is a must

Your background:

• Proven work experience - at least 2 years + as a System Analyst/Technical Consultant/Functional Consultant with experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within the expertise domain
• Bachelor’s degree, but desirable master’s degree in engineering fields (computer science), mathematics or physics

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience in Process Optimization, Process Migration
• Experience in Finance & Accounting Processes (P2P, O2C)
• Experience in PowerBi/SQL/C++/Power Platform
• Any relevant certificates such as Agile, SCRUM, PMP, CFA, ACCA, CIMA; or certificates confirming the obtained tools knowledge
