As a Senior Financial Analyst at Baxter, you have the opportunity to work with our internal team as well as collaboratively with the teams we support. As a valued member of our finance organization, your insights and technical expertise will support our operations and contribute to our goals.

As our company's mission comes to life, it brings vast amounts of data with it. The finance organization has the responsibility and privilege of translating this data into meaningful, practical insights to help teams learn and adapt along the way!

What you'll be doing
  • Build models (Monte-Carlo simulation, Pareto Analysis, Scenario Modelling) to support the long range planning process, investment evaluation and prioritization
  • Develop an understanding of the key revenue and profitability drivers and come up with drivers to allocate stranded cost across business units
  • Support the strategic planning process and acts as a trusted advisor to the business’s executive leadership and relevant stakeholders during strategy formulation, development, and execution
  • Support various strategic initiatives, including M&A transactions / capital allocation strategy
  • Conduct advanced analytics and modeling of internal and external databases. Lead the Alteryx/Excel modeling and Tableau visualization processes
  • Support adhoc Projects and analysis (as required)
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, qualified CPA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience,
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI is preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Oral and written communication skills for English
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with a high degree of autonomy
