Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join a global team driving strong and robust financial management essential to organization development and tracking progress towards overall objectives. In this role you will lead a small team of 3 analysts who

  • manage and run expense and headcount month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and analysis of actuals vs forecast;
  • prepare financial and headcount monthly forecasts;
  • coordinate annual budget and multi-year strategic planning process;
  • analytically review of capex investments and balance sheet;
  • prepare comprehensive reports and conduct “deep dive” analyses;
  • provide management information to various senior stakeholder forum.

You will closely collaborate with international business areas to provide relevant, timely and accurate analysis of business and cost performance to enable and support decision-making process.

Furthermore, you will have regular interaction with program managers and PMOs in order to understand business, changes and to support processes in scope.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 8 years of proven professional experience within finance, controlling or accounting areas.
  • Track record of building and developing teams.
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present findings and conclusions in a concise and clear manner.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple international locations.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point required.
  • Prior experience with data visualization software, e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI would also be an asset.
  • Ability to improve and enhance control processes with attention to detail and strong control culture.
  • Ability to work independently and to be effective at prioritizing a varied workload under challenging deadlines.
  • Strong work ethics.
