Our Automotive Client are experiencing impressive growth over the last few years which has shown no sign of slowing down and are therefore looking to bring in an aspiring Senior Accounts Payable Officer to grow with the business. The role will be based out of Milton Keynes and will be working in a agile hybrid function and will be responsible for a central role the finance departments success.

Description

The key responsibilities for Senior Accounts Payable Officer will be:

• Processing invoices and credit notes for purchase ledger circa 800 per month
• Processing staff expenses
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Setting up new suppliers including checking insurance is up to date
• Filing invoices and credit notes accurately

Profile

The Senior Accounts Payable Officer will:

* Have experience of working within Accounts and Finance for a minimum of 2 years
* Able to work in the Milton Keynes 2 - 3 days per week
* Strong numeracy skills
* Have great attention to detail
* Be comfortable working to multiple deadlines
* Be IT literate
* Be a great communicator both written and
