Description

The Management Accountant role is initially a temporary assignment (Hybrid working -3 days per week in the office) with the opportunity for the role to be extended. Reporting into the Financial Controller key responsibilities will include:

• Complete invoicing and revenue report at start of month
• Production of the Monthly KPI pack
• Sales commission calculations
• Partner commission statements & invoicing
• Daily trading update to business, previous day & MTD
• Monthly account management revenue update & forecast for Operations team
• Monthly new business revenue report, working with Sales Director
• Running debtor process, chasing outstanding debts and updating Hub
• Ensure smooth running of invoice, exps, credit card backup and authorisation process
• Monthly forecasting, inc P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow
• Production of monthly Operations report
• Management of general accounts email inbox
• Working on different Ad hoc requests, reports, tasks

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

• Be ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified by experience
• Have experience in P/L Analysis and preparing Monthly Management Accounts
• Have experience of Balance sheet reconciliation
• Be available to consider a temporary contract initially
• Be able to commute 3 days per week to Macclesfied office
