The Finance Business Partner- Hybrid, based in Moreton-In-Marsh, will provide support to the business on achieving yearly financial targets and to continually make improvements in the way information is presented to ensure full engagement and understanding of key stakeholders is achieved.

Our client is well known in the education and training sector looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.


The key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner- Hybrid are:

    • Support the Finance Team with the month end processes and production of internal management reporting, forecasting and planning
    • Raising purchase orders when required, managing invoice queries and regular maintenance of the purchase order system
    • Ad-hoc analysis of business expenditure where needed
    • Ensure appropriate controls are in place and adhered to, to enable accuracy of the financial results, and a supportable balance sheet
    • This is a hands on role for a £18m transactional revenue business


The successful Finance Business Partner- Hybrid will have:

    • Experience of working as an accounts assistant
    • Strong IT skills including Excel
    • Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Hands on approach to work with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Confident, good communicator able to quickly establish strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
    • Able to use on initiative to problem solving and work under pressure
    • Able to co-ordinate a large volume of information
    • Previous experience using SAP/ Axiom is desirable
