As part of their business strategy to continue their expansion across the region, they are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as a Manager/AVP, Corporate Finance & M&A.

about the job

Working directly with the C-suites, you will be driving their corporate strategies in assessing prospective investment opportunities and introducing new initiatives to support the organization's operations and expansion plans. As part of the key leadership team, you will keep abreast of the changing business landscape and impact of the external economy with particular focus in the Asia region and drive both organic and inorganic growth. You will maintain a robust growth strategy with full deal cycle exposure from initiating contact, evaluating investment decisions, M&As and strategic alliances and leading negotiations and execution of deals. You will be interacting closely with multiple business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals. You will also be involved in optimising internal structures and workflow to achieve efficiencies and operational excellence.

skills and experience required

You should ideally have a relevant degree and accreditation (CFA, CPA or MBA) with at least 8 years for manager and 12 years for AVP of experience in a similar capacity. In-house corporate strategy experience and/or PE/IB/corporate finance in Big 4 experience will be preferred. You are a self-motivated leader and team player, 'hands-on', versatile and possess a keen eye for details. You should have strong business acumen and possess excellent communication and influencing skills to confidently liaise with the senior management and business partners.
