FP&A Assistant Manager / Manager (Open to Big 4)

The Company

Our client is a sizable multinational financial institute and they are looking for an FP&A Assistant Manager / Manager on 6-12 months contract.

The role:

• Handle annual budget planning process providing assistance to operating groups
• Conduct and review financial analysis and risk assessment
• Review business case and perform analysis on cost effectiveness
• Participate in driving solutions to key analytical, strategic and business challenges
• Drive process improvements related to forecasting, reporting, modeling and analysis
• Work with operations to forecast, report and analyze financial performance
• Prepare reports to internal stakeholders, including headcount, compensation, and assigned cost-center reports
• Deliver key analysis of financial and operational performance on a weekly and monthly basis
• Assist with ad hoc assignment

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor holder in Finance / Accounting / related discipline
• 3-5 years' related experience
• Team player, self-motivated, attention to details and with good time management
• Open to Big 4 candidates
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferable
