The Company
Our client is a sizable FS firm, urgently looking for an AP Accountant to join their team This role is initially one year contract with the view to permanency.
The Role
- Responsible for Accounts Payable, vendor payments on e-banking systems
- Prepare monthly debit notes, journal entries and reimbursement from funds
- Handle month-end closing and bank reconciliation for both corporate and fund end
- Timely follow-up on the exceptions to the reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and bank account opening
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested
Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience, preferably in MNC or financial service
- Detail minded, strong team player, proactive
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Immediate available/ short notice is highly preferred
