A market-leading Cheltenham-based service sector organisation requires a Management Accountant to join their established team.
Occupying a premium space within their sector, this appointment will involve responsibility for accounting processes across a number of UK functions and will support the Finance Manager.

ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified (or equivalent) you will have strong Excel skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work towards deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Production of monthly management accounts with commentaries
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Support with budgeting and forecasting
Income and expenditure analysis
Preparation of cost accruals
Undertaking and providing information for external audits
Transactional finance - including Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
Intercompany account reconciliations
Making and receipting payments from bank accounts
Completion of VAT returns
Initial payroll element preparation and final payment
Processing of staff expenses and credit card purchases
Creditor and Debtor analysis
Banking reconciliations
FX revaluations
Liaising with managerial staff, Directors and other colleagues
