Client Details
My client are a well-established exciting organisation based in Eastbourne. Due to growth, they are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join the Finance Team.
Description
As the Accounts Payable Manager, your role responsibilities will include:
- Complete the processing of worldwide quarterly royalty statements including obtaining, vetting and uploading quarterly receipts by company and market.
- Daily, weekly and monthly cash management, forecast and bank reconciliation for the majority of Group entities
- Completion of some balance sheet reconciliations for Group entities as directed by and agreed with line management.
- Prepare Quarterly VAT returns and submission for relevant entities.
- Manage monthly/quarterly US, UK and ultimately Group AP payment process, including Royalties.
- Subject matter expert and ownership of Purchase Order system for the Group, ensuring purchase orders are raised and receipted appropriately for the Group procurement requirements and leverage the functionality in such systems to ensure procurement is run as efficiently.
- Preparation of relevant annual audit schedules and analysis for the Group as per auditor requirements and as directed by the Deputy CFO.
Profile
To be successful in your application for Accounts Payable Manager, you should be:
- Five years or more experience in a similar role
- Strong ledger management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural team player who genuinely puts the team and colleagues interests on a par with or ahead of their own
- Motivated with an enquiring mind
Job Offer

- Salary circa £30,000 - £35,000
