Assistant Accountant

Our Manufacturing and Production Client have been growing at an impressive rate and are looking for a Assistant Accountant that is looking to further their career by learning from an experience Management Accountant. The role will be based from Milton Keynes and will offer the candidate an opportunity to be supported and offered the opportunity to grow as the same rate as their business.

Description

The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for:

• Monthly reporting packs for the senior management team
• Highlight improvements through reporting and analysis
• Posting Month end journals
• Providing Ad hoc support to the senior management team

Profile

The Assistant Accountant will:

• Previous experience of posting journals including accruals and prepayments
• Strong communicator both written and verbal
• Confident Excel skills
• Worked within a Finance team for a minimum of 2 years
• Be able to commute to Milton Keynes
