SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - STEALTH MODE START-UP - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Client Details

We are pleased to be working exclusively with a high growth start-up in stealth mode who are founded by a highly regarded entrepreneur. Due to rapid growth in the UK, as well as the US, they are looking to hire a Senior Accountant on an initial 6 month contract to support with the continued growth in the UK and EMEA region.

Description

  • Cost accounting (allocating and analysing direct and indirect costs, actual Vs budgeted cost and variance analysis)
  • Developing and monitoring annual revenue/ expense budgets for the purpose of controlling funds as well as measuring operating results
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Mentoring and reviewing the work of lower level professionals in the team

Profile

  • Fully qualified ACA, CA, ACCA or oversees equivalent
  • Practice trained
  • Experience working in a start-up/ public company
  • Sound knowledge of accounting systems

Job Offer

  • Competitive daily rate between £350-£400 per day
