• Academic qualifications: university degree preferably in finance, accounting or mathematics and/or combination; qualification studies (ACCA, CFA) in progress;
• 3 or more years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit or due diligence assignments, preferably with an international professional services firm;
• Detailed-oriented, logical, and organized;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under time pressure;
• Ability to interpret and present results, work unsupervised with attention to details;
• Strong report-writing skills, including advanced use of MS Office tools;
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
• Appetite for varied project work and a desire to contribute to a highly successful M&A team.

As a Senior Associate of the FA Transaction Services team, you will need to perform the following:

• An understanding of the Target business and its drivers;
• Identification of key risks in the Target;
• Comment with respect to quality of assets and liabilities;
• Comment with respect to quality of earnings;
• Comment with respect to quality of recurring cash flows;
• Identify liabilities that can significantly impact the deals;
• Identify issues likely to affect the Sale & Purchase agreement.

Main responsibilities include:

• Participation in due diligences and investigations;
• Analyzing business to identify key drivers of financial performance;
• Participate in client and target meetings, proposal/pitching stage;
• Project Management with a focus on due diligence projects;
• Report drafting and presentation of results to Manager/clients;
• Ability to discuss with legal and tax teams in order to exchange information;
• Building relationships with clients, daily communication.
