Description

The successful International Billings Assistant - Hybrid Working will be responsible for:

  • Undertake the billing process across international regions ensuring invoices, VAT/GST are correct
  • Process credit notes and recharges
  • Complete weekly billing reports to be shared with the Finance Manager and CFO
  • Dealing with customer and internal queries
  • Maintain charity status and VAT/GST documentation
  • Build and develop external and internal relationships
  • Work with the Finance Manager and the business to ensure billing processes are effective and correct
  • Work with the International Credit Control Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and navigate payment terms and on-stop customers are correctly
  • Document billing processes
  • Ensure strong financial controls are in place surrounding billing, making improvements where necessary
  • Ensure that the billing functionality of the accounting system is being fully utilised in an efficient manner
  • Complete UK VAT returns
  • Complete MOSS returns
  • Assist the Finance Manager and/or other members of the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Profile

The successful International Billings Assistant - Hybrid Working will possess the following:

  • Candidates MUST have previous experience with international billings
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel
  • Calm, self motivated and customer orientated
  • Respectful to others and willing to work well within a team
  • Proactive and trusted to work from home the majority of the time
