Reed are currently looking for an accounts payable clerk for an immediate start in a temporary contract. Whilst this will initially be a temporary contract the candidate will also be considered for a permanent vacancy should they be performing well.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00
Contract: Temp contract
Salary: £10 - £12.50 per hour
Location: S35 - Office based
Main duties are:

Main duties are:
- Processing high level of invoices for stock and overheads across the group
- Matching GRNs to invoices
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries
- Regular supplier reconciliations
- Assisting with weekly payment run
- Assist with Management reports
- Raising Chargeback debit notes
- The ideal candidate must have at least 12 month experience in a similar role
- Sage experience - we use Sage 200, but experience of any sage is essential
- Computer literate - knowledge and experience of word, excel and outlook
- Good time keeping - working to deadlines and prioritising
- Team player - working as a team and independently
