Liaison with customers, consultant, sub-contractor, supervisor/coordinators and to feedback the progress to superiors
To monitor the work programme regularly to ensure timely completion and to report any delays or obstructions encountered to superiors
To monitor the cost closely in accordance to the budgeted cost and to minimize wastage of materials
To attend all meetings and to visit site as and when required
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems
Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule charges, recommending actions
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
To identify all variations ordered by customer and to feedback to Project Manager for further instructions
