The Company
Our client is a sizable insurance company, urgently looking for an AP Accountant to join the Hong Kong finance team on contract basis.
The Role
- Handle daily accounting operation, such as Account Payable
- Review daily transactions and prepare the bank reconciliation
- Prepare journal voucher and perform data entries
- Initiate payable controls, communicate with other departments for scheduling payments and settlement
- Assist in system enhancement and workflow enhancement
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- At least 3-5 years AP experiences in MNC or Financial Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Strong team player, proactive, independent and detail minded
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Immediate available
