Plant Controller (Beverage, Samutprakarn)

As a key business partner for the Product Supply and manufacturing team to track and enhance performance, implement process best practices as well as form strategy.

Description

• Provide financial leadership to lead the strategic plans, budgets and forecast process
• Oversee cost controlling function.
• Provide and support insightful commentary and communicate to top management
• Key business partner in cost efficiency programs and lead the business in excellent and efficient inventory control
• Work with top management to set and monitor factory performance KPI's and provide full function support in modelling business opportunities.
• Review financial viability of capital expenditure projects and take responsibility for pre-and post-evaluation of projects
• Ensure transparency on cost divers and allocation methods to ensure accurate measurement of product profitability
• Ensure an efficient and robust cost accounting process.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 10 years of experience with over 3 years of management experience in manufacturing (FMCG is an advantage), familiar with MNC working Environment
• Solid knowledge of costing, OPEX and CAPEX
• Familiar with ERP
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
