Job Description 

Your field of responsibility

You manage the complex Risk & Control Landscape of Global Management & Business Information (M&BIS) area and adapt it to new regulations and business changes in collaboration with subject matter experts and the departmental management. You own the tool in which the control landscape is maintained and control performance is monitored. You lead risk and control related projects and perform SOX Operational Effectiveness Tests in the area of ‘Asset under Management’ and ‘Divisional & Regional P&L’. In addition, you co-ordinate internal and external audits within Global M&BIS and closely liaise with the First Line of Defense (FLDS) function. In your role as a Risk Oversight Manager you will directly to the Chief of Staff of Global M&BIS.

Your skills and experience
Are you a trustworthy teammate and leader looking to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment? As our future colleague you bring with you:

5+ years of experience in the Financial Service industry, ideally in Finance or Audit, and gained a deep understanding of finance processes, risks and controls (i.e. SOX) excellent stakeholder and communication skills and are capable of using them in senior management meetings  strong analytical skills and pursue your goals with assertiveness & persistence previously gained experience in project work  excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be an asset You are dedicated to foster an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Ms. L.
