Key responsibilities

  • Preparing bases for annual tax reconciliation agenda;
  • Monitoring changes in legislative concerning the payroll agenda;
  • Maintenance complete and accurate records and files;
  • Monitoring changes in legislative concerning the payroll agenda;
  • Preparation of monthly reports under the supervision;
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records and files;
  • Be proactive and use initiative to clarify issues;
  • Other activities according to superiors (Payroll Executive).

Key requirements

  • University degree or high school graduate (preferably in Finance/Economics);
  • Experience in administrative work;
  • Communicative level  of Slovak and English language (verbal & written);
  • Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software;
  • Ability to work with special payroll software;
  • Attention to details and good organizational skills;
  • Action / initiative oriented and very good customer skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Team – and - service orientation;
  • Flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to priorities and work to tight deadline.
