Partner with the best

As a FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

As a FP&A Analyst

  • Responsible for the analysis and the financial ratios that will reveal the rate of return the business is earning on the retained earnings and assets.
  • Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
  • Supporting business functional leaders to make strategic decision on resources allocation & cost actions.
  • Delivering day-to-day management reporting and variance analysis activities in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Developing and produce standard reporting, presentation materials; and cost analysis and reports to build decision-making.
  • Consolidating financial reports with variance analysis, provide commentary and business insight for inclusion in monthly cost reviews.
  • Responding to stakeholder ad-hoc requests for data and reports in a timely, knowledgeable and flexible manner;

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables and formulas/macros.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to organize and analyze large datasets
  • Demonstrated influential communication skills in English both verbal and written
