Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP S4 HANA Finance Lead with broad experience in ensuring optimization of financial processes, managing system transitions and the introduction of various new technologies in relation to finance applications. In addition, you will be working closely with the finance teams & operation teams to ensure smooth transition of new processes and technologies with change management principles and techniques.

In addition, you will be working closely with the finance teams & operation teams to ensure smooth transition of new processes and technologies with change management principles and techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing testing scenarios and complete testing for new functionality
- Liaise with Project Managers to monitor on project status and progress of the team
- Provide leadership to teams and integrates technical expertise and business understanding
- Facilitate management reports and any ad-hoc reports required
- Oversee the day to day finance functions of the company
- Prepare full set of accounts, auditing, tax compliance and supporting schedules
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reporting
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and other government statutory boards
Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent with 5 years' post-degree experience
- At least 5 years of experience keeping full sets of accounts including corporate tax, cashflow management, audit and GST
- Prior working experience in F&B industry is a bonus
- Experience in working under ERP environment such as SAP, Oracle or ACCPA
- Strong experience and knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable, product costing, actual costing, material Ledger, cost center accounting, internal orders, profit Center

- Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus (in order to handle queries from Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the inventory, purchase price, vendors' evaluation and other operational matters)
