Position Overview

We are looking for a trusted Senior Financial Analyst to join Autodesk's Customer Success Organization Finance (CSO Finance) team at Autodesk. This position reports directly to the Worldwide Finance Business Partner of Global Consulting Delivery and Customer Success Management.

In this role, your core responsibilities will include reporting on business results, providing insights & analysis, process improvements, and serving as the financial guru for the Customer Success Management team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, data savvy in business intelligence and analytics and exhibits the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with varying levels of management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Regional Global Consulting Delivery and Customer Success Management Finance Business Partners to provide top notch finance support
  • Prepare business reviews, presentations, and analysis for Customer Success Ma directors, summarizing business performance & key metrics
  • Work cross-functionally to drive reporting & analysis, including continuous process improvement to better support finance & business needs
  • Validate, analyze, and coordinate large data sets to drive analysis using Excel & automation tools
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis around key metrics for the business
  • Develop and enhance reports & dashboards to support ongoing performance and trends
  • Work on special projects including building new models/templates and ad-hoc analyses
  • Build partnerships/relationships with CSO and extended finance team
  • Follow financial rules, regulations, and policies as set forth by our corporate standards

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics. MBA or CPA a plus
  • Minimum 5+ years of related finance experience
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, inquisitive mind, data savvy and experience with financial models and analyses
  • Ability to work cross functionally, as well as independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and building effective relationships
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and yet great attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills & experience with financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Power BI, Qlikview)
  • Commitment to ongoing self/skills development, career planning, and work-life balance
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize, and work in fast paced environment
  • Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company a plus
