Join our forward thinking Board!
To complement our existing Board at Rooftop Housing Group, we are looking for two individuals with effective leadership skills, a strategic mindset and an ability to work with our Executive Team to demonstrate the highest standards of governance and sound decision-making principles.
Rated by the Regulator of Social Housing as a G1/V1 organisation, we have demonstrated our ability to operate as a highly performing dynamic business, offering housing, accommodation and support to young and older people in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
We are particularly interested in applicants who may have experience in either:
Knowledge of the social housing perspective, together with an understanding of our communities and local issues would also be an advantage.
Our Board meetings are held in person but our committee meetings are electronic.
Equality, diversity, and inclusion
We aim to have a diverse workforce and ensure equality for all. We are dedicated to an inclusive culture that promotes equality and diversity in all aspects of employment, including recruitment and selection, training and development and employment practices. We want to encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply for our jobs, so our workforce reflects the profile of the communities we serve and our customers. We also value the contribution that employees who consider themselves to have a disability make to our workforce.
Closing date for receipt of completed applications will be 12 noon on 30 June 2022.
