Your field of responsibility

We are looking for a Senior Cost Allocation Analyst to strengthen our small but dynamic team of professionals providing expertise and specialized services to Wealth Management Division in the field of allocated costs.

In this role you will be: 

  • Providing transparency on cost allocations to Senior Management of WM Front Business and Divisional Finance
  • Closely cooperating with variety of financial experts across the functions (incl. Wealth Management, Group Finance, other Divisions, Corporate Functions of the Bank) and geographical locations (incl. Switzerland, USA, APAC)
  • Analyzing and challenging external allocations to assess potential improvements and cost savings
  • Cooperating with other Team Members to ensure the highest level of service in areas such as reporting, forecasting and budgeting
  • Over time becoming the SME and primary point of contact for a dedicated cost type and process.

Your skills and experience 

We are looking for person offering: 

  • University degree in finance, economics, mathematics or other related fields
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in finance, accounting or accounts payable
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Flair for data, numbers and figures, demonstrating outstanding attention to details
  • Ability to manage, prioritize tasks and organize work effectively. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
  • Dedication, problem solving skills and willingness to take initiative
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
