Description

  • To assist in preparing meaningful and good quality analysis relating to the financial positions and performance of the business, e.g. P&L and B/S commentary, Cash Flow projection, GP analysis, Capex requirement, Profitability, Ratio, Funds Flow, Reconciliations, and other analysis.
  • Assist with data collection, modelling, analyze/interpret data to prepare meaningful reports and data visualisations for presentation to management.
  • Work closely with HQ finance to provide insightful information as and when required by management to support decision making.
  • Assist Finance and Operations in solving problems relating to their tasks, which may relate to process improvement with technology solutions (e.g. automation) to drive efficiency in the reconciliation and reporting process.
  • Facilitate the collaboration between Operations and Finance Business Analyst to develop automation solutions/tools for reconciliation.
  • Identify development needs to improve and streamline operations.
  • Develop SOP of data reconciliation and training manual.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time across all entities.

Profile

  • ACCA or equivalent qualification and/or Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • 3-5 years working experience in Big 4 audit firm and accounting field
  • Analytical, possesses good problem-solving skills and a high degree of agility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and preferably SQL, statistical analysis tools and techniques.
  • Committed, highly self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and with good attitude
  • Has the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
