Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join ISG - CRM Client technology team. Ideal candidate will be dynamic and motivated to engage with the business for the strategic project in the areas of Sales & Pipeline Management, Client On-boarding, Digitization of Product form, develop straight through on-boarding workflows, Order management and Pricing.

Business Analyst is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with Technology teams. The overall objective of this role is help turn business requirements into technical requirements.

Job Description:
  • Work in close collaboration with different stakeholders within TTS business for requirements gathering.
  • Be a partner to the business stakeholders and understand the detailed sales / on-boarding process and drivers for the requirements to be delivered by technology teams.
  • Lead workshops to describe application functionality and the ability to support current business functions and processes, determine functional gaps, propose workarounds, and identify potential areas of development.
  • Manage digitization of payments products / services, develop new straight through workflows for client on-boarding.
  • Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specifications across multiple functions.
  • Interact with Business Users globally -
  • Understand various regional nuances and align with global processes
  • Define user experience requirements and detail Use Cases
  • Communicate effectively with business to be able to translate the business requirements.
  • Ability to translate requirements into clear, concise process design specifications.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Exhaustive analysis of Sales, Fulfilment and Operations workflow processes.
  • Interact with CRM Technology team -
  • Define test cases
  • Validate test results
  • Collaborate & define functional solutions for required user-level/process-level enhancements
  • Document User Training material and flows.


Job Skills / Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

- 7to 10 years of experience within Banking & Financial Services industry in Business Analysis capacity.

- 4 years of exp in Payments related domain knowledge

- 2 years of exp in Virtual Accounts domain knowledge

- Knowledge of developing UI Mock-ups for business walk through and dev team.

- 5+ years' experience of using JIRA, Confluence

- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) issues in a clear and timely manner to build trusting partnership with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders

- Extensive knowledge of applying business analysis skills & techniques

- Experience of conducting requirement gathering workshops with Senior Management team in a direct customer-facing role

- Demonstrable interpersonal skills

- Strong experience with Software Development Lifecycle processes

- Hands on experience in Agile / Scrum environment.

Desirable Skills:

- Hands on experience in digitization of payments and receivables product's workflows.

- Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Experience working with global team

- Hands on experience Confluence, JIRA and or / Azure tool to manage business requirements.

- Demonstrates self-motivation and drive and shows determination to achieve goals.

- Self-starting. Seize opportunities and acts upon them. Control events by making suggestions and proposing actions. Completes tasks, projects, and plans before being asked.

- Maintains good relationships with colleagues and builds strong professional networks. Recognizes and understands the needs of others, aware of own personal style
