About the role

The Senior Management Accountant is responsible for analysing the financial performance and position of CSV, business case development & assessment, internal reporting, business partnering, capital programming, and to actively develop key functions of CSV's budget.

About you

Thorough understanding of: public sector accrual capital budgeting; Position creation and recruitment form Court Services Victoria Last updated: February 2018 Page 3 of 4 performance measurement and reporting; capital costing and asset investment analysis; and, the provisions of the Finance Management Act 1994 and associated policies, practices and procedures  Demonstrate knowledge and experience in delivering effective budget development, systems improvement and financial management advice within the State's financial system  Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the preparation or independent review of business cases/resourcing submissions for government deliberation  Competent user of relevant financial systems (e.g., Oracle Financials, Axiom, Business Intelligence, SRIMS, etc.).
