We are looking for a Summer Intern to join our team! We have multiple opportunities working with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and HR teams. To succeed in this role, you need to be a true self-starter, looking for pragmatic and effective ways to drive priorities and achieve goals. You should be comfortable working with different kinds of datasets, searching for solutions, and interacting with senior leadership on complex problems. And lastly, you should be motivated, passionate and a dedicated team player.

What You'll Do:
- Partner directly with the functional leaders and teams to work on a significant project that directly impacts the business.
- Lead research efforts, including surveys (internal or external), and analyze data to gain insights; be able to apply the learnings.
- Manage project deliverables.
- Synthesize different sources of data as necessary
- Respond with speed and agility, be open-minded, flexible and nimble
Required Qualifications
- Current Freshman, Sophomore or Junior year student pursuing an undergraduate degree, or first year MBA or Masters student
- Current minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Solid technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word OR Google Sheets and Docs
- Strong organizational skills
- Meticulousness with numbers and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Strong oral and written communications skills
