Requirements:
- Successful completion of Lilly internship program
- Actively pursuing one of the following BA degrees:
- Business-related undergraduate degree with concentration/emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Will graduate between December 2021 - August 2022
- Language fluency in English (written and verbal)

- Clearly demonstrated analytical thought and aptitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Three or more accounting courses
