Your field of responsibility

You will join us as an analyst for the IT CtB Planning, Analysis & Control for Forecasting, Planning specialist in the FP&A Function. You will manage the expectations from the sending location on overall delivery and in terms of timelines, quality and efficiency. You will conduct and review the FY IT CtB and Cost Accounting Forecast and review it with the various team members analyzing the movements to Plan and other parameters as required by the partners. You will work on the Risk and Opportunity Monitoring regarding current year's developments as well as Planning 2022-2026. You should be proficient with systems like Essbase and Hyperion and work with system support team independently to make any custom changes. You will also perform multi-year assessment of budget transfers between IT. You will also be required to Re-engineer and optimize processes to boost efficiency and improve controls.

You join the FP&A team within Credit Suisse, which is responsible for controlling the bank wide IT CtB Planning and Forecasting providing timely and accurate analysis to the respective partners and portfolio officers on their IT expense and help the bank at large to achieve its cost targets. The team is dedicated, results oriented, hardworking, proactive, collaborative, and forward-looking. We deliver accurate, complete and timely reports and analysis to multiple stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
  • Proven 4-6 years’ experience in financial accounting of which 1-2 years in financial
  • Proven understanding of MIS Reporting and Accounting, Risk Management, Financial Reporting and proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Proven communication skills (verbal and written) and able to collaborate closely with business and technical teams of all levels
  • Since this role will have face off with senior partners you should be able to liaise with all levels including senior management
