Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Corporate Actions Client Service Manager to lead technical and client facing teams within the Global Service Delivery department based in Edinburgh.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of State Street’s Global Corporate Actions custody and middle office products in accordance with defined service levels for key strategic clients.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As Corporate Actions Client Service Manager you will responsible for;

  • Oversight and delivery of State Street’s Global Corporate Actions for middle office custody products in accordance with defined service levels for key strategic clients and internal groups.
  • Staff management and team workflow task oversight.
  • Client advocacy within State Street’s Global Corporate Actions management team to inform, support, define and execute on strategic change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Leadership of client product and enhancement requests managing project deliverables and priorities with business and client stakeholders.
  • Senior escalation contact for issue resolution internally and externally
  • Managing and resolving cross divisional product service activity
  • Definition and oversight of Key Performance Indicators and Service level Agreements for clients and legal entities
  • Providing senior subject matter expertise on behalf of State Street for client, regulator, provider, depositary and intermediary visits including due diligence, service review, audit and new business proposal activity.
  • Maintaining a close awareness and working knowledge of regulatory change and product developments and articulating the impacts to peers and stakeholders.
  • Take full responsibility for adherence to all departmental best practices, procedures, policies, checkpoints and controls.
  • Facilitating cross divisional resolution of business line conflicts and elevating issues to senior management peers.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
