Customer Engagement Squads utilise Agile methodology, our output is not based on software development. Instead, we develop and execute the Retail Banks Customer Engagement Strategy. Ranging from 121 channels such as e-mail, Mobile app, and Online Banking messages through to public website journeys. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who want to achieve best in class engagement, which makes our customers love us.
As a proposition manager you will be primarily accountable for scoping and facilitating business requirements into a readiness state, for the squad's development team to execute. It relies on a close working relationship with the Product Owner, Business stakeholders and a clear understanding of the business objectives to progress ideas into complete user stories / briefs which are 'ready' to be delivered by the rest of the squad.

Acting as an individual contributor, using knowledge of a specialist area within Santander to generate appropriate customer centric solutions for the business.
Responding to escalated internal and/or external enquiries, working with stakeholders to deliver an appropriate solution.
Monitoring and supporting a range of processes and systems in the department to ensure that they are effectively maintained and coordinated within company procedures, guidelines, and expectations, recommending improvement where possible.
Contributing to mid-size projects or the administration of larger projects so that all information is kept up to date and coordinated on behalf of the project team.
Preparing standard management information reports with relevant data to aid management decision-making
What you'll bring.
Experience in actively demonstrating cross team collaboration with excellent communications skills with colleagues at all levels
Working with internal and external stakeholders with evidence of Risk and compliance accuracy

Interviews will be conducted via video teleconference, Teams or Zoom
This is 12-month secondments with a view of the role becoming permanent in future
Travel to an allocated location is very limited, so can be worked from any location in the UK, currently we have colleagues working out of Liverpool Manchester the Welsh border and London
