Excellent opportunity to join a Hong Kong listed real estate company as their Finance Manager

Your new role

  • Supervise team members
  • Manage full set of accounts and sub-consolidation package
  • Prepare consolidation schedules
  • Review statutory accounts and tax filing
  • Provide commentary to management in explaining business performance
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and analysis



What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance major
  • HKICPA qualified or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience, Big 4 trained preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal skill and presentation skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
