Job responsibilities:-
1. To handle full set of account and all accounting transactions.
2. To prepare management accounts and financial reports to perform month end closing eg. data entry in SQL accounting systems, bank reconciliation and etc.
3. Must possess general knowledge in income tax and liaise with auditor and tax agent.
4. To ensure proper recording, filing and documentation to support all accounting entries.
5. To review payment and monitor cash flow positions.
Personal requirements-
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years working experience in the related field.
3. Fluent in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is more added advantage.
4. Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm and mature personality. Able to work under pressure and multitasking.
