Job Objectives:
- To provide tax advisory and strategic tax planning of the Group
- To assist in managing the tax matters of the Group
Responsibilities:
- Leading, ensuring and participating in Business Unit tax reviews and follow up with tax agent to ensure they are lodged prior to their due date.
- Assist in tax incentive application, implementation and monitoring
- Review tax transfer pricing documentation
- Collaborate with tax authorities and tax agents responsible for compliance activities on tax matters of the Group
- Support in tax audit and investigations of the Group
- Supporting management with tax risk assessment, resolve problems and difficult issue and assisting in developing and implementing process and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional qualification in Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in tax firm, preferably with exposure in taxation for manufacturing companies
- Experience in application and reporting for tax incentive is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and influence in a team-based environment
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
