Account Senior

The role of the Senior is to manage and coordinate all the processes involved in ensuring quality service delivery on engagement. The senior must be able to communicate effectively with clients and provide quality financial data to support clients' business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and other financial forecasts.
• Continuously review all associates' and senior associates’ tasks.
• Review Monthly Management reports for adequacy and completeness.
• Provide all necessary documents for the annual audit exercise.
• Contribute to strong client relationships through good interaction with the client.
• Maintain constant communication with  the Manager on the status of the client’s engagement and any other issue that may arise

Eligibility Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-6years relevant experience with at least 2 years experience as an Account Senior/Financial Controller.
• Professional accounting qualification ICAN/ACCA.
• Strong Leadership and Project management skills
• Ability to interpret financial data.
• Knowledgeable of business trends, emerging technical and industry developments
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagement and deadline-driven
• Must have integrity within a professional environment
