Job Description
Responsibilities
The primary role of the intern is to gain exposure to the overall operations of Office Depot. Interns will be assigned work related to their major. The intern will complete one or more projects involving program creation, maintenance, communication, implementation and analyze the results for their assigned departments. Interns will also assist with other duties within the their department as needed. At the end of the 12-week internship, the intern will present their project/s to Sr. management and above.

This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent as well as the follow skills:

The Lead Regional Performance - ENT Consultant is responsible for assisting the Regional Leader with the successful sales and financial performance of their region. By coordinating the effective management of sales processes including (but not limited to) customer contact strategy, life cycle management, pricing strategy, account remediation, cost increase management, and sales incentive programs, the RPM improves the performance of the field sales organization while partnering with the Sales and Pricing Strategy teams to identify, prioritize and execute against key growth, profitability, and process improvement opportunities and initiatives. Strategy requires a high degree of focus on assisting our field sales force and management team with effective implementation and execution by means of a proactive, customer lifecycle-based sales approach (conversion, share of wallet & retention) where our sales team is focused on the biggest opportunities from a prioritization standpoint. As a result, this incumbent will ensure that appropriate performance coaching and feedback mechanisms are in place, to drive the sales & share of wallet growth that is expected from this initiative.

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience.
