We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a progressive and award-winning healthcare sales and distribution company.
Based in Banbury, UK, you will be working for an innovative company who provide high-quality surgical solutions, patient monitoring equipment, health and beauty pharmacy products throughout the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Controller to join our close-knit team.

- Reporting including monthly management accounts, consolidated management accounts and Performance reporting, along with gross margin control. Cost control monitoring & reporting. Working Capital tasks including Monitoring of net working capital and capital budgeting. Cost Control such as monitoring & reporting. Team Management Banking and Treasury including Cashflow Management, budgeting and banking processes/controls. Taxes & Regulation responsibilities including compliance with all tax obligations, compliance with relevant finance related regulatory requirements and Year end audit/management of auditor relationship. Fleet Management Distribution Contract Management Integration of acquisitions/bolt-on’s from a financial/systems perspective. Management of day to day routine legal related matters for the company.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Able to concisely interpret financial information. Confident communicator and team leader. Great planning and organisation skills
