Description
- Supervise Financial Accounting and Reporting, and financial control within Finance Department
- Formulate of financial strategy and business process improvement
- Perform budgeting and forecast
- Condict variance analysis, cash flow forecast, etc
Profile
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in accounting in construction industries with a similar position
- Qualified Accountant of CPA / ACCA or equivalent
- Experience in quantity surveying and tendering is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Application including Word and Excel
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
