Job Purpose:
Work as part of a small, multi-location data team to continually improve the quality of data in the firm’s Practice Management and incoming CRM system. To work alongside the Senior Data Manager to  interpret and present data in a way that allows the firm to make better data driven decisions and provide an excellent service to our clients.  
Scope, Reach & Key Relationships
  • Works in close collaboration as part of a small multi-location data team.
  • Regular meetings and contact with Marketing and Business Development team.
  • Internal stakeholders and fee earners on a day-to-day basis.
  • Compliance team including Head of Privacy.
  • Other Central Support teams (IT, Finance & Central Admin).
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Data & system custodian
  • Promote good data practices firmwide.
  • Strong understanding of our internal systems.
  • Ensure data is GDPR compliant.
Reporting & analysis
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs firmwide.
  • To extract, analyse and visualise data in a presentable format.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports and merging data from different internal systems.
  • To merge and manipulate data.
Data Housekeeping
  • Work on projects to improve the quality of data in the Practice Management and CRM system.
  • Monitor and audit data quality.
  • Preparing data for bulk uploads, liaising with our IT department and client care teams.
General administration & support
  • Supporting the other members of the data team in busy times including holiday cover with the day-to-day inbox requests, adding new clients onto the database and unsubscribe requests.
  • Document existing and new processes and procedures.
  • Document data audits.
  • Completing DPIA forms.
