The responsibilities of the Europe Finance Graduate Programme candidate include:

  • Complete three 12-month rotations in Group Finance/Internal Audit, Divisional Finance and one of our many Operating Companies across Europe. Mobility is at the heart of this programme and your second and third rotations will be outside your home country. Experience the preparation of accounts, statutory and regulatory reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting along with risk, governance & controls. Learn how to interpret the story behind the numbers and influence decision making for current and future performance. Contributing from day one with real responsibilities in these business-critical roles. Complete ACCA or CIMA qualifications within the 3 years

The successful Europe Finance Graduate Programme candidate will:

  • Begin their rotations in their home country Hold or expect a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business-related discipline Be a 2021 or 2022 graduate Have fluent English and at least one additional European language Dutch/Romanian/Polish/French Possess an EU passport - Eligible to work in the EU without visa restrictions Be willing to relocate across Europe during second and third years Be a motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
