Scrum Master/ Business Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles
• Ability to remove the blockers to for Scrum Team to keep it focused on delivery
• Assisting the product owner with the product backlog
• Leading and facilitating scrum ceremonies
• Reporting sprint progress to the stakeholders

• Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements - business and technical
• Strong analytical skills/ problem solving/ conceptual and critical thinking
• Performing impact analysis and gap analysis
• Mapping processes and use cases
• Providing technical guidance
• Managing stakeholders, users and conducting requirement workshop
• Guiding the technical teams and vendor teams, if applicable.
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great negotiation skills
• Growth mindset.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Min 2 years experience as Scrum Master
• Min 2 years experience as Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience in Design Thinking
• Hands-on programming knowledge
