Description

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:

• Supporting and developing the payroll team as needed
• Ensuring the smooth processing of the payroll for the UK business
• Producing all calculations and changes as needed; P11Ds, SMP, SSP
• Provide support and query resolution to staff within the business
• Consistently ensuring the development of systems and processes to provide future stability
• Provide reports and analysis needed to complete month end postings
• Ensuring accurate year end reporting

Profile

The successful candidate for the Payroll Manager will be:

• Strong systems knowledge; ADP Freedom or SAP would be advantageous
• Confident user of Excel, V Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Previously experienced within the FMCG, or similar, sector
• Actively pursuing their CIPP qualification would be advantageous
• A confident individual capable of building strong working relationships across a business
