Your field of responsibility

Your responsibilities include:

  • A challenging role of Master Data/Reference data Analyst who understand the financial dimension and key master data elements/hierarchy and relevant data logic of general ledger
  • A key role of an expert in master data support related matters who develop solutions and advise application users/project teams and manage production issues
  • An opportunity to collaborate with teams across the world in incident management, Master data management, Financial Hierarchy management and Mapping rules management
  • Possess SME knowledge of Peoplesoft GL in functional area to support/advise business solution to finance community

Your skills and experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master's in Finance or technology (B.Tech/MBA)
  • Functional experience of 4-7 years in Peoplesoft GL/AR/AP
  • PeopleSoft Master Data/Reference Data management
  • Communicating the Data analysis & data governance to senior management
  • Maintenance of hierarchies, Mapping Rules, Combination rules
  • Understanding of Revaluation/Translation and closing rules
  • Familiar with Tree/Table and PeopleSoft Query Manager
  • Maintenance of Chartfields (GL Account, Department, Business Unit, Product etc.)
  • Service requests prioritization, analysis and review
  • Ensure compliance to data structure and confidentiality guidelines, principles and policies
  • Execute large Tree/table changes proposed/requested by Business
  • Participate in process reviews and Identify and participate in process-improvement initiatives
  • Identify, measure, document and report risks and controls within the process
  • Participate regional / global change and upgrade projects
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time
