This position will be providing support to GM office and business unit managers in supporting business requirements including Internal operations review including critical business items , KPI tracking , bottoms up planning , vitality / new product launch , symphony support , business case evaluation and collaborate with business on their local business analysis needs and adhoc analysis . Position will also support GM office in multiple presentations including Annual sales meeting , project ZB2 , SMLT etc

2.POSITION DUTIES

• Preparation and analysis of Business monthly operating review for all business including P&L , BU level profitability , channel level - Sales , P&L and Power brand analysis
• Supporting business in Sales manager level Sales and GP performance measurement and generating quality data for business internal decision making with periodical ad hoc analysis as per requirements.
• Support business and functions in annual operating plan , leading overall facility cost budgeting ~$0.7M and identifying saving opportunity across P&L line items
• Leading allocation of facility cost and shared resource cost allocation across multiple legal entities ~$1.5M
• Supporting quarterly forecasting with business and functions to reflect updated P&L assumptions and market dynamics
• Leading business wise market data / KPI analysis in symphony which act as base for long-range plan with business specific analysis and insights.
• One stop support for channel / South Asia business evaluation of performance against plan for top line /margins.
• Analyse business wise current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, PVM, cost of sales and SG&A expenses.
• Driving performance management by monitoring KPIs, highlighting trends and analysis of variance.
• Guiding business to create more profitable model through detailed analysis of sales and expenses
• Supporting business in driving vitality by validation of financial business case for new launches and Geographic Expansion.
• Tracking and creation of projects at regional & global tool Gensight and Launch navigator for new launches
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various departments for ad hoc analysis requirements.
• Provide support in monthly closing and analysis / reporting to finance / business team.
• Driving continuous improvement in reporting and support to business through digital intervention including Tableau etc
• Supporting GM office for SMLT and other leadership connect meetings with data point including business / channel details
• Supporting GM office in execution of special projects including MX and other facility related projects
• Providing support to GM for management of CBI – critical business issues, its tracking and escalation
• Supporting GM office in Annual Sales Team meeting & Townhall Etc with data and insights on business performance
